This newly created position of Museum Educator will help direct the development and implementation of all educational and visitor service programs for the Battleship North Carolina Memorial. Programs may be live or virtual, and will be created with target audiences in mind. The Museum Educator will work closely with the Curator to interpret collections and crew stories. The Museum Educator is also responsible for securing a dedicated, educated, and enthusiastic volunteer corps to staff the cultural programs, maintain and restore the ship, assist with exhibits, catalog the collections and archives, and assist with other departments as required. This position reports directly to the Battleship Executive Director.

Salary Range: 34,936-61,137
